“Every portrait that is painted with feeling is a portrait of the artist, not of the sitter.”

Last night I decided that I wanted to try some new techniques and work with my tripod a bit. I know all of the logistics, but I haven't really used it a lot. And you know the old saying! Practice makes perfect (or something like that). So seeing as there were no other models available at 12:30 at night, I had to use myself; which actually turned out to be beneficial, as I had to maneuver the camera and think about what to do with my face, haha. So some of them are kind of strange? But I wanted to try a new aesthetic.

Man, I really don't want this to make me come across as conceited, because it's kind of looking that way. I just really wanted to try some new things. So tell me what you think!
